Overview

Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Civil/Site team in Sterling, VA!

Responsibilities

  • Provide reproduction and related tasks (i.e., copying, binding, scanning and collating) for Civil/Site department
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, seminars, and manage calendars
  • Prepare updates to client database 
  • Assist with project status updates
  • Communicate with agencies, government offices, and client representatives to advance projects
  • Prepare application paperwork and submit application packages to various agencies, boards, and committees with control over project work
  • Make deliveries as needed
  • Work with managers to maintain and update project trackers
  • Download and organize client project files
  • Upload deliverables to client websites and databases

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required; some college preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role; experience in a land surveying and/or civil engineering office is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively within a team
  • Professionalism and effective communication skills are required
